Contains 12 tubes of waterColour paint with .4 fluid ounces per Colour, and brushes: round #5, and flat #10. WaterColour paint has a good transparency and tinting strength. For a wet on wet technique, use a silk sponge to wet te paper. Colours will spread easily and will appear fuzzy. Use dry painting technique when sharp edges are desired.
