Ranger Mini Blending Tool is the mess-free way to apply inks and other mediums to paper crafting projects. The foam creates smooth Colour transitions and better control of inks and paint on papers, chipboard die cuts, canvas and more. Set includes 2 handles and 4 round foam 1 1/4 inch pads that will stick to the working ends of the handles. Great for scrapbooking, rubber stamping and especially stenciling.
